Working full-time as a Digital Marketing Officer I have worked on developing digital campaigns across social media, web and search engines. This includes the planning, implementation and analysis of campaigns.

I planned and implemented a campaign to make customers aware of the Christmas loan deadline, and how a credit union loan can help save money versus more expensive, last-minute lending options.
The integrated campaign included blog posts, email marketing, social media and google search ad marketing.
Effective planning of integrated content marketing campaigns helped the credit union to mitigate the effects of the pandemic. In November 2020 around half of loan applications were attriburted to digital marketing.
